I've marked Small Business Saturday by visiting the wonderful array of small businesses across the Thirsk and Malton constituency. We are so lucky to have such varied businesses in our area, from locally produced food to enterprising bicycle start ups. The value of these businesses to our local community and economy cannot be underestimated which is why it's even more important to shop local.
