Newly elected Conservative Leader, Kemi Badenoch MP has appointed Kevin Hollinrake MP as Shadow Levelling Up, Housing & Communities Secretary. Known for his experience and active stance on housing issues, Hollinrake’s appointment signals a focused commitment on housing reform and tackling the UK’s ongoing housing crisis. As Shadow Secretary, Hollinrake is expected to advocate for policies that increase housing affordability, support sustainable development, and address the challenges in the private rental sector, aligning with broader objectives to enhance housing stability nationwide.
Kevin started Hunters Estate Agents in 1992, co-founding the business with John Waterhouse, and it is now one of the most successful and fastest-growing estate agencies in the UK. Hunters have over 200 branches nationwide including 30 in Greater London with gross turnover in excess of £40m and approximately 1000 people employed throughout the network.
