Following a meeting with Arqiva this week, I have raised the issues constituents are experiencing, which appear to be predominantly in Helmsley. I have also reiterated that there are many constituents without internet who may still be unsure how to resolve their service issues.
I am aware there are individuals who are older or vulnerable and who still don’t have any TV service at all and it is necessary to ramp up efforts, especially with Christmas fast approaching.
In the next two weeks you will see and hear more activity as part of the Project Restore campaign, including radio and press ads, media plans, leaflet drops and market stalls in the area. Please look out for neighbours, friends and family or anyone else they know who might still be without any TV service and to encourage them to call the Arqiva’s dedicated freephone line on 0800 121 4828, and – if needed – to book a visit from an engineer.
Constituents are encouraged to reach out to my office at [email protected] and we can send you step-by-step retuning instructions in the post for yourself, or to hand out to friends/relatives.
